The completition of the kobold castle is planed for the end of april 2014.

Here is space for real role playing: work shop, shop, town hall, veterinary surgeon, drugstore,… and 42 possibilities for overnight stay for kids and teenagers.

In the castle are integrated a climbing area, labyrinths and playgrounds.

Already in 2011 we finished the indoor and outdoor playground "Rumpelburg". We are constructing a further complex of buildings for celebration and playground area. This area is connected with the existing indoor playground over one tube made of steel grating and three passages.
 

On three platforms we create for guests several rooms for family parties combined with role playing area. Visuel focus of the entrance area is an integrated, hollow tree which is extending over the complete heigt between all floors. This tree ends under the roof and provides next to visual and haptic values, also play and connecting elements. Time-consuming ilusion painting will be implemented in every room. In this case we are working together with Arvid von Oertzen.

In the ground floor we are constructing a new entrance area and locker room. From there, guests  catch the several rooms for their festivities.
