What we want to offer our guests
…has shown us that it’s not individual artists that make our festival so special, but rather the 2 ½ days of being different. A clear trend has emerged: our guests have been arriving earlier and leaving later each year.
However, we’ve also received recurring concerns: the wrong timing due to the start of the school year, consistently bad weather, too many people, too many simultaneous events, and organizational challenges.
With our new format, we aim to create a more relaxed experience while offering more choices. We don’t want to disappoint our ever-growing community by overcrowding the festival. Everyone should be able to fully, yet peacefully, immerse themselves in the magic of our world!
The festival will continue to help spread the word about the Secret World of Turisede across Germany. At the same time, we want to reduce the increasing organizational pressure and the financial risks that come with it. Just like in the early years, the festival should be a source of joy, not stress – for us and for all our collaborators!
At our core, we are artists and craftsmen, continuously designing and building new experiences for the leisure industry in Western Europe. Along with running the park itself, we are already at full capacity. The festival has always been an exhausting exception, requiring many of us to push beyond our limits.
This year’s PAUSUM already gave us a taste of a better balance: fewer guests per day over a longer festival period means significantly less stress for everyone involved!

A Small Request to End With:
Unfortunately, the Secret World of Turisede sometimes receives unwarranted criticism. Occasionally, expectations don’t align with our adventurous character.
Yes, our wild, labyrinthine design is intentional.
Yes, we deliberately avoid amusement rides and a fairground atmosphere.
And yes, as long as we lack full mobile network coverage, internet access will remain limited.
Turisede is a world for explorers—embrace the adventure!
Since these opinions also drag down our Google rating, we rely on our enthusiastic friends and fans to help us rebuild it with just a little effort. Thank you!!

Turisede Bonus
…will each have a campfire area and a small base tent for the “Sacrificial Construction”. Every day, fresh straw, wire mesh, wood, and other materials will be provided here for building sculptures.
With these creations, the camping areas can compete for the “Wandering Banner of the Most Magnificent Guest-Turisede”! The winners will be honored every evening at the fire by the Neisse River.
And for those whose expectations have been fully met, tickets for next year will already be available for purchase until the following Monday—of course, with a special fan bonus!
Swimming
Even though swimming in the Neisse is a fantastic experience, we kindly ask all swimmers to exercise caution. The current can be strong in some areas, and there are no official lifeguards on duty. Please only swim in designated areas and pay attention to any warning signs.
Important: Boats cannot brake and may pass by at any time!
The water quality of the Neisse is regularly monitored, and swimming is safe in designated areas. However, we encourage all swimmers to prioritize their safety and ask for guidance if unsure.
Accessibility
In Turisede, many areas are accessible via gravel paths and uneven trails, which can make mobility challenging for people with walking impairments or wheelchair users. Most of the site is only partially barrier-free, as the paths are not fully paved or specifically adapted.
We are continuously working to improve accessibility, but we kindly ask for understanding that some areas are currently only limitedly accessible.
For detailed information on accessibility or specific requirements, please feel free to contact us in advance.
Barbecuing, Fire Safety & More
We want our festival to be an unforgettable and joyful experience for everyone! To make that happen, here are a few simple guidelines—just for your safety and enjoyment:
Barbecuing – With Pleasure and Responsibility
Grill in the right places: Love to barbecue? So do we! Please use the designated grilling areas to keep it relaxed for everyone.
Grill safely: Bring stable, secure grill equipment. We’re not fans of disposable grills—they can quickly become a fire hazard.
Keep an eye on it: Never leave your grill unattended. Having a bucket of water or a fire extinguisher nearby is always a good idea.
Cool down the coals: Hot coals don’t belong in the trash! Let them cool completely before disposing of them in the designated containers.
Fire Safety – Keeping the Festival Safe Together
Open fires? Better not. Outside of the designated grilling zones, open flames are not allowed to ensure everyone’s safety.
Keep paths clear: Emergency routes must remain unobstructed—this isn’t just for order, but for your protection.
We’re here for you: If anything happens, don’t hesitate to reach out to our festival team. We’re always ready to help.
Thank you for doing your part in keeping our festival as safe and relaxed as possible! Together, we’ll make it an amazing experience for all.

We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy good food. Whether you have dietary restrictions, prefer vegetarian or vegan options—we have something for you. Every dish is lovingly prepared, not just delicious but also easy to digest.
An Adventure on Your Plate
Our dishes are as unique as the festival itself. Expect extraordinary combinations, regional ingredients, and a touch of fantasy that will transport you to another world. Who says food can’t be an adventure?
Sustainable and Honest
We prioritize fresh, sustainable ingredients from the region because great food starts with quality products.
Enjoying Together
Whether you’re a meat lover or a plant-based foodie, a gourmet or a casual eater, there’s something for everyone. Explore our specialties, let yourself be surprised, and experience food as an integral part of the festival.

Lost and Found
At our festival, we want everything to be remembered fondly—including your personal belongings. But we understand that in the excitement of Folgelorum, things can sometimes get lost. No worries! That’s why we have a Lost and Found at the West Portal.
Lost Something?
If you’re missing something, head to our Lost and Found at the West Portal. Our team is happy to help you track down your lost items. Just describe what you’re looking for, and we’ll check if it has been turned in.
Found Something?
If you find something that doesn’t belong to you, please bring it to our Lost and Found at the West Portal. This way, we can make sure it gets back to its rightful owner—plus, you’ll have the satisfaction of helping someone out!
After the Festival
If you’ve lost something and weren’t able to find it during the festival, don’t worry! You can still reach out to us after the event. We store unclaimed lost items for a period of time.
We hope you get back everything that’s important to you—and we appreciate your help in making Folgelorum an even better experience for everyone!
Animals
We love animals and are happy for you to bring your four-legged companions—under a few important conditions to ensure that Folgelorum remains a wonderful experience for both humans and animals alike.
Only for Festival-Savvy Pets
Please only bring animals that are already familiar with festival environments and comfortable around large crowds, music, and lively activity. The well-being of your pets is our top priority, and we want to avoid stressful situations for them.
Animals in the Park
Folgelorum takes place right in the middle of nature, where other animals also live. Please be considerate of the resident park animals and always keep your dogs on a leash. To ensure safety, make sure there is no direct contact between your pets and the park’s animals—this is best for both sides.
Sleeping? Yes, but not everywhere
Unfortunately, pets cannot stay in our treehouses—these are reserved for human guests. Owners are responsible for finding a pet-friendly sleeping arrangement for their companions.
What We Expect from You
• Ensure that your pet is always under control and comfortable.
• Bring water and all necessary supplies for your furry friend.
Thank you for your understanding!
Toilets
…which type we will choose this time is still to be decided.
Internet & Phone
We are known for having our own world, and for now, that still applies to the internet—it’s not yet fully available across the festival grounds. The same goes for mobile phone coverage in general.
But good news: The new transmission tower is completed, and it won’t be long before we’re fully connected!
